From busking on the London Underground to headlining a sell-out gig in Chicago Aaron Short fuses his own powerful Pop/Rock songs with the great songs from the past fifty years performed in his own dynamic way.

Aaron is a 25-year-old singer/songwriter currently based in London. His first adventure into music began at the age of seven when he started piano lessons. Soon Aaron began amalgamating key elements of his singer/songwriter influences – Damien Rice, Elvis Costello and Tom Waits into an approach that brings together his fluent guitar and piano playing, deep singing voice and invigorating improvisation into timeless sounding songs that touch people of all ages.

Having performed countless gigs in his home county of Suffolk and subsequently all over the United Kingdom he is now a regular on the London circuit performing up to five times a week with duo “Itchy & Scratchy” or 4-piece band “The Bluejacks”.
            
This experience combined with a B.Mus (Hons) in Popular Music at Europe’s leading vocal school “Vocaltech” has led to him being a powerful performer in any situation.
