About the Artist

TB Tuberculosis aka T.Bear is the new breed of U.K. hip-hop M.C.. Passion, Flow and Potent Lyrics are the only way to describe his unique style, and it is evident when you hear his music that he is very dedicated to his craft.

This dedication and determination has propelled him into a very promising position. TB has performed in a variety of venues in London such as Propaganda, Sound Bar, Deal Real, PlanB, Manjaros, Ocean's, and up and down the country from Leicester (Club Oxygen) to Manchester (Night and Day) and back, getting an unrivalled response every time. He has performed alongside veteran U.K. hip-hop acts such as Huntkillberryfinn, who dubbed him a 'young legend' and Malarchi. Other artists he has performed with include Manor Enterprise artists Classic and Infamy, together they are known as the 'Manor Manz', as well as other well known underground artists such as, Shameless and the Colony.

The first commercial release from the up and coming label Manor Enterprise was TB's promotional disc entitled 'Bear Tings: Batch l' produced by VS Entertainment, which due to popular demand was quickly followed up by Bear Tings: Batch 2. Highlights of the 'T.Bear' saga so far include his track 'Summer Wine', which is available on "Batch I ", being released on a U.K. hip-hop compilation mixed by D.J. Excalibah and distributed by HUC (Hip Hop Connection) magazine. It was later repackaged and distributed as a musical supplement in the Observer Newspaper and received excellent reviews. Also the freestyle he recorded over the Justin Tunberlake track 'Like I love you', which he entitled 'TB vs Timberlake' was voted 'Best on air moment of 2002' on Radio Ixtra.

October 2003 saw the release of his first independent vinyl 'Manorish' which is an aggressive commentary on inner city life, produced by Rhythmist for VS Entertainment. The Manor Enterprise team are currently working hard, on road and in the studio, and now their hard work is paying off with continuous spins on pirate stations all over London, getting requests for the rewind left, right and centre. The buzz created by blowing up underground spots and the support from underground DJ's, has registered above ground on commercial radio by receiving continuous airplay from Jenny Francis and DJ 279 on Cboice fm, the Chubby Kids and even Robin Banks and DJ Skully on KISS 100. A whole host of DJ's on Radio 1xtra support T.B - most notably, Britain's foremost underground hip-hop disc jockey DJ Excalibah and Rodney P and Skitz.

TB is currently showcasing brand new tracks all over the circuit; look out for the Rbythmist produced 'Fire' feat. TB, Shameless and Sway, which is a soon to be classic rap collabo. Also, in circulation is Hazy, a sensational song sung by the r'n'b diva Devoe feat. TB which was recently performed to positive critical acclaim at the Royal Elastics sponsored Urban Music Festival audition for The Prince's Trust. It was here he showed the music industry his charisma and on/off stage antics. The performance made fans, of all who attended the event, and he was subsequently featured in the NewNation newspaper (May 3rd 2004 edition) in conjunction with a showcase held at Plan-B in Brixton.

2004 has been a good year, from TB's long awaited appearance on 279's Friday night flavours show, on Choice FM to being included on a host of mixtapes e.g. 'UK Running 2.5 and Hood Heroes mixed by DJ Samurai, subsequently, Manorish was voted the 2nd best track on the compilation by listeners of DeJa Vu 92.3.

Continued interest has lead to the release of TB's 5 track EP entitled 'The Threat' which features the radio and club banger 'Nang' produced by Rhythmist and the underground smash 'Back Down'.

The underground have already expressed its desire to see TB go all the way to the top and now people in the industry are taking notice of the next-to-be-crowned king of ur**n music. Manor Enterprise, boosted by TB's profile are even gaining the attention of established U.S. artists after their recent collaboration with Del Squad's own

Keith Murray. TB also gained the attention of Sony when he submitted his take on NAS' Theifs Theme'. The buzz from the track landed him a spot as one of the eight finalists in the HipHop competition to rhyme with NAS, in which 3,000 M.C's sent in their version.

T.B. has been a favourite at BBC radio 1 and lxtra. The buzz is building and T.B. will soon be a household name whether your a fan of hip-hop or grime. It has been a long time coming, but the future is finally here, TB Tuberculosis aka T.Bear, is a lyricist that can effortlessly compete with his American counterparts and the British hip hop fraternity can recognise as one of their own. Alongside Classic and Infamy, TB is set to make Manor Enterprise a powerhouse of urban music worldwide.
